Patriot Forrest Selkirk Tartan Fabric

Patriot Forrest Pocket Square is a forest green and dark charcoal based tartan with white and red overcheck. This is custom made from our heavyweight (Selkirk 16oz.) tweed fabric.  They are finishing touch in a jacket breast pocket for a formal look. New for 2023, our Selkirk Tweed is made from 100% pure new Acrylic Wool and, 50% of the Acrylic Wool is of Scottish. As we continue our environmental journey one of our aims is to increase our use of British sourced yarns for our fabrics and accessories. The Selkirk Tweed stock range comprises of nine classic tartans interpreted to reflect our natural environment and have been woven with a kilting selvedge. This quality is based on our premium Strome and is a beautiful addition to our stocked tartans. They have been created to match our heavyweight Selkirk Tweed Kilt.

They are made using 100% pure new Acrylic Wool at our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.

The Patriot tartan has been designed to appeal to those proud of their Scottish connections. Influenced by the Douglas tartans, as Sir James Douglas was considered to be the third Greatest Patriot, this tartan is a great choice for members of a wedding party wishing to support the groom without wearing a clan tartan.
